I think this is an important thing to remember whether you work out beginning, middle, or end of the day. The whole you’ll never regret working out thing really is true.
No matter how tired you are at the end of the day:
If you haven’t worked out… DO IT.
No matter what.
I was having trouble keeping my eyes open, but I knew that I would regret not working out if I went straight to bed… so I pushed myself to do it.
The workout was a much needed stress reliever. I feel nice and loose and all ready to get snuggly in bed.
Remember: the only person standing in your way is you!
