Zumba kicked my ass tonight...
But I have done some form of exercise every day for the past four days, and I feel so good. Sure, I’m a bit sore, but at least I don’t feel like a lump. Between Zumba and the C25K stuff, I am optimistic about keeping this up. Doing stuff I actually enjoy might just be the key that I’ve needed all along!
